My favorite recipes: begged, borrowed, & stole. My favorites are from friends & family. I keep the originals in an old basket. I love looking at them from time to time. An old handwritten recipe from a loved one that is gone, provides a bond that endures.

Fried Chicken Seasoning
1 C. flour 2 t. garlic salt 1 t. pepper 1 t. paprika 1/4 t. poultry seasoning
Mix all together & roll chicken in it before frying.
